Function: Update Salon members.txt file with latest members list
This function must be run every time there are changes to the membership.
This function will update the salon members.txt file used by the Salon programs with the latest members list. It will also create/replace the /wp-content/uploads/mvpc-web-assets/salon/members-list.txt. The members-list.txt file is used to reformat the file names of the images uploaded to the site so captions can be created from the file names.
