MVPC Salons - Rename and copy images

Select images uploaded by contributors, rename the files, and copy them to the Media Library for use in galleries

  1. Select an item from the Salon/Event dropdown
  2. Select an event from the Submission dropdown
  3. Press the Download button to load the images
  4. Uncheck the checkbox in the upper-left table cell to deselect all the images
  5. Check the Show thumbnails to display the images
  6. For competitions, an Award column displays.
    1. Select the applicable category from the Award dropdown for each image that qualified.
    2. This will append the award type to the file name and automatically check the checkbox for that image to be copied
  7. Press the Upload to copy the images to the Media Library
  8. Edit the applicable gallery page to add the new images
